I accidentally forgot to watch this show as I collected the tv rips. Guess I'll wait a few more months for the BDs to be done.

  3. You are really awesome for picking a nice show that nobody cares. Thanks a lot and happy new year :)

  4. Dmon, little question why do you always use AC3 instead of AAC or FLAC?

  5. Thanks for doing the BluRays. I wouldn't say, though, that "no one cares." It made Guardian Enzo's top 10 list for the year, for example.

  7. AC-3 allows for a higher bitrate than AAC but still maintains a smaller file size to quality ratio for archival purposes. Also since the price of hard drives has skyrocketed, storage space has become a consideration.

  8. I no longer use FLAC for anything. As for why I use AC3 instead of AAC, well, that's not always the ase. Sometimes I use AAC, sometimes AC3.

Where do you live?? The prices of HDD has done nothing but decrease, you can find 1TB for 50 and 2TB for under 100. I remember when 2GB went for those prices.

  13. Sadlt, not everywhere. I live in Romania and HDD prices are still stupid. 200$ for a 2 TB drive when it used to be 150$. Still.. it's not THAT bad.

  14. ^Exactly.
A lot of internet folks seem to think only 1st world people are on the net.

from where I'm from It'll probably cost someone 1 month worth of rent or more for a 2TB external hdd.

also from where I'm from someone could live off of 200 us dollars for about 2 months if they just have to spend it on food, water and electricity.

  15. I bought 2 external HDD of 2TB (western digital) for 70 Euro each before the floods in Thailand. These 2TB HDD have been going grom 120 to 180 Euro after the floods in Thailand. I don't know were you live but the floods created a big shortage making the prices going up big time. But I bet you are armerican and don't follow news about the rest of the world. Here is an article http://www.nytimes.com/2011/11/07/business/global/07iht-floods07.html?_r=1 and if you don't believe there are a million other articles claiming that those floods happen and made prices of HDD rise.

PS thx for the release Dmon
